Erin Swilling

Executive Director


Erin Swilling was born and raised in San Diego, California and came to Wyoming to attend The University of Wyoming.  She has lived in Cheyenne for the last 14 years, with brief stops in Laramie (4 years) and Wheatland (5 years).  Erin has enjoyed working in Early Childhood Education and Early Intervention Programs for the last 20 years as a home visitor for Parents as Teachers, a Director of Even Start Family Literacy and a Center Coordinator for a Head Start Program.


For the last five years Erin has enjoyed her time as the Director of The Open School, a non-profit preschool in Laramie, WY.  When not at work she is busy running her three children to swimming, track, cross county, speech and debate and softball events! Enjoying a newly discovered hobby of photography as well as camping and hiking with her family.


Alli Anderson

Program Manager, Prevent Child Abuse Wyoming


Alli Anderson is the Program Manager of Prevent Child Abuse Wyoming and the Coordinator of the Wyoming Child Death Review and Prevention Team. Along with these roles, she sits on a number of state and local councils and planning groups, including the State Advisory Council on Juvenile Justice (Vice Chairperson), Laramie County Juvenile Services Joint Powers Board, Wyoming Sexual Violence Prevention Council, Wyoming Crimes Against Children Conference and Crime Victim’s Rights Week planning committees, and is the Coordinator of the Western Child Death Review Coalition (13 most western states, Navajo Nation and Guam). Alli has a Bachelor of Science degree, with honors, in Family and Consumer Sciences from the University of Wyoming.

Karen Loken

Program Supervisor, Parents as Teachers


Karen Loken is the Parents as Teachers Program Supervisor. She has a B.A. in Secondary Education from Eastern Washington University and brings over 25 years of experience in the education field working with both children and adults.

Prior to WYCRP, Karen had the opportunity to empower families as the Program Director for Wyoming Family Literacy. In addition, she is passionately involved with family, church and community activities. Karen is married to husband Bill and together they have three children.


Josie Brittain

Parent Educator, Parents as Teachers


Josie Brittain is the Parent Educator for Laramie County. She has a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Wyoming in Family and Consumer Sciences, with a focus on Professional Child Development. She has lived with her family in Cheyenne for the past three years.

Charli Dziedzic

Parent Educator, Parents as Teachers


Charli has been the Albany County Parent Educator since 2014. She loves play (especially with playdough) and particularly enjoys helping families play together. Charli spends her free time roaming the hiking, biking and kayaking spots around Laramie with her husband and their dog.

Cami Trekell

Parent Educator, Parents as Teachers


Cami Trekell is a Parent Educator, going on her third year, in the Sweetwater County area of Wyoming. She's earned a bachelors degree at the University of Wyoming for Elementary Education specializing in diversity and sign language.


Born and raised in Rock Springs, moved to Laramie to finish college then to Jackson to teach before ultimately moving back to Rock Springs to be close to family. Working as a title one paraprofessional, taught Kindergarten to then making an adventure to earn Early Childhood certificate to teach at a Preschool Center. Her hobbies are to spend quality family time, going outdoors in all seasons and exploring, traveling, and making memories that will last a lifetime!

Jennifer Woods



Jennifer Woods is the Financial Coordinator for Wyoming Citizen Review Panel. She has been with WCRP since the inception of the Parents As Teachers program in Wyoming in 2013. She has enjoyed watching the program grow and the impact it has on families throughout Wyoming.
